Data Quality & Extraction

Every source document scored, parsed, and structured. Automatically.

Design specs, process flows, P&IDs, work orders, supplier reports, test results, field complaints. 56+ attributes extracted per record. Quality-scored before analysis begins.

How it works

Every source document becomes FMEA-ready evidence.

56+ Attribute Extraction

Failure modes, causes, effects, mechanisms, functions, components, actions, and compliance indicators. Extracted from design specs, process documentation, work orders, and field records automatically.

Multi-Source Ingestion

PDFs, Excel, P&IDs, technical drawings, CAD exports, supplier quality reports, CMMS records, test results, and free-text complaints. All parsed field by field. System topologies identified.

15+ Data Quality Validators

Completeness, accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and traceability. Each source document gets a composite quality score. Gaps flagged before FMEA generation begins.

Quality Heatmaps

See data quality across equipment groups, product lines, suppliers, and document types. Know exactly where the evidence gaps are before building risk strategy.

Batch Processing

Process thousands of records in parallel. Fast mode for quick scoring, chain mode for deep extraction. Results in minutes, not weeks.

Configurable Rubrics

Use our scoring rubrics or bring your own. Adapt to your taxonomy, AIAG-VDA requirements, IEC standards, and compliance expectations.

How we measure accuracy

Graded against your engineers. Not against itself.

Plain accuracy flatters. A model that always answers “low” on a lopsided field scores 90%. So every score is measured against an answer key your engineers agree on, with its range shown.

01

Agree the answer key

Your engineers score a sample of records with written rules for each element. Disputes are settled once. Agreement between engineers is checked first, so the key itself is sound.

02

Score with a range

The headline is agreement with the answer key, with its 95% confidence range. Same-bucket agreement sits alongside it.

03

Near misses count as near

Weighted agreement treats 0.5 against 0.75 as close, not wrong, and guards against agreement by chance.

04

Held out, agreed up front

Each answer key is frozen with a held-out slice the system never learns from. The pass mark is agreed with you before Phase 1 starts.
