How is pricing calculated?

Per workflow. A workflow is one capability (create, maintain, field loop or controls) running on one family: a master FMEA and everything derived from it. Example: one brake caliper master with Create and Field loop is two workflows. Annual agreement. You add workflows as you scale, on the same agreement. Site-wide failure report data quality is available as a separate site add-on.

What does Phase 1 include?

One scope you choose: a product, a process line, or an equipment class. Upload your existing FMEAs. The platform scores them and returns a gap list. New rows are drafted from your specs, manuals, and work history with every row traced to its source. Your engineers review and the platform learns from their corrections. Deliverables: prioritized risk report, draft-ready FMEAs, FMEA quality scorecard, and an ROI model for scaling. Larger scopes - up to three families - take 2-3 weeks.

Can we start from our existing FMEAs?

Yes. Bring them in from APIS IQ, PLATO, Excel or your PLM. The platform scores what you have, returns a gap list and heatmap, and drafts new rows from the evidence you already own. Your current tool can stay the system of record. Everything exports back.

What happens after Phase 1?

You decide. If Phase 1 meets the acceptance target you agree upfront, you move to the annual subscription. It scales with teams and sites. If it does not meet your criteria, walk away. No lock-in.
