Automotive suppliers live and die by their FMEAs. Most are still built by hand, audited once and never touched again. You’ll show the best quality teams in the industry a better way, on their own parts, in weeks.
We’re looking for a world-class FMEA practitioner who wants to change how the industry does risk, not just run another workshop.
What you’ll do
- Lead deployments with automotive suppliers and OEMs end to end: scope, data, structure analysis, review sessions and acceptance.
- Sit with quality directors and FMEA owners on site and get generated DFMEAs and PFMEAs accepted to their standard.
- Keep them current as 8Ds, warranty claims and test results arrive.
- Turn every customer correction into rules the platform reuses, and tell engineering exactly what to build next.
Who you are
- 5+ years writing or moderating DFMEAs and PFMEAs at a Tier 1, Tier 2 or OEM.
- AIAG-VDA 7-step and Action Priority are second nature. IATF 16949 and PPAP are familiar ground.
- Ambitious and credible in the room. Quality directors trust your judgment.
- Strong with data. Excel at minimum, Python a plus. German or Italian a plus.
