We’re looking for a world-class engineer who wants to own a category, not a ticket queue.
What you’ll do
- Own customer deployments end to end. Manuals, specs and failure reports go in. Source-linked FMEAs and control plans that engineers sign off come out.
- Build the core platform: Python, FastAPI, React, PostgreSQL, AWS and multi-provider LLM pipelines with 20+ specialised agents already in production.
- Ship what customers ask for straight to production, often in days.
- Shape the architecture, the team and the engineering culture from day one.
Who you are
- Ambitious, fast and obsessed with quality. You want the hardest problem in the room.
- 2-5 years shipping software to production, with something you’re proud of.
- Comfortable on a call with a quality engineer who knows more about the part than you do.
- You use AI coding tools daily and you’re faster for it. Python required.
